Ukrainians On NATO Summit Results: 'We Expected Them To Invite Us'

In a statement that disappointed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and many in Ukraine, NATO leaders declared that while Ukraine's future is in the alliance an invitation will only be extended to Kyiv when "members agree and conditions are met."
