Two branches of Ukraine's Privatbank were destroyed by fire early on July 13 in the southern Ukrainian city of Odesa. Witnesses said they heard explosions at both locations. There were no casualties reported. At least two other branches of Privatbank have been destroyed in Odesa in recent months. Ihor Kolomoyskyy, the bank's owner and governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, has offered bounties of up to $10,000 for the capture of "saboteurs." (Reuters)
