Kyiv has accused the Kremlin of deliberately targeting rescue workers in missile strikes on residential buildings in the Ukrainian city of Pokrovsk. Officials said at least seven people were killed and dozens were injured in two attacks on the evening of August 7. Rescuers were scrambling to dig out survivors of the first strike when a second missile attack came 40 minutes later, resulting in mass casualties.
