Dozens of people, including a 6-year-old child, were killed in a Russian attack that hit a cafe during a wake service in a village in the Kharkiv region of northeastern Ukraine on October 5, according to Ukrainian officials. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy, on his Telegram channel, blamed Russian troops for the attack and called the shelling "an absolutely deliberate terrorist attack."
