Explosion Damages Separatist-Held Building In Luhansk, Ukraine

An explosion tore a hole in the wall of the Luhansk Regional Administration building in eastern Ukraine on June 2. The administration building is under the control of the leaders of the separatist self-proclaimed "Luhansk People's Republic." It was unclear if there were casualties in the explosion.
