Kherson Region School Director Tells Of Horrors At Abandoned Russian Base

When Russian forces occupied Arkhanhelske, a settlement in the Kherson region, they are said to have set up a military base at a local school building. The school director, Oleh Sobchuk, says the Russians used the building to interrogate and torture locals. RFE/RL correspondent Roksolana Bychai visited Arkhanhelske and spoke with the director about what life was like under Russian occupation.
