Biden: Invasion Of Ukraine Still Distinctly Possible

In televised remarks from the White House on February 15, U.S. President Joe Biden said Russian statements that some military units are leaving their positions near the border with Ukraine have still not been verified on the ground. He said the West stands prepared and “galvanized” to respond to potential aggression and said any decision by Russia to invade Ukraine “will prove to be a self-inflicted wound.”
