Acting U.S. Charge d'Affaires in Ukraine Kristina Kvien says there is still cause for concern about what awaits Ukraine as Russia masses its troops on the country's border and invasion fears remain high. Kvien spoke on February 16 with RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service in Lviv in western Ukraine, where the U.S. Embassy has been temporarily relocated because of concerns about a possible Russian military attack.
