U.S. national-security adviser Jake Sullivan said during a visit to Kyiv on November 4 that the United States' support for Ukraine will remain "unwavering and unflinching" after the U.S. midterm elections on November 8. Sullivan met with President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and his chief of staff, Andriy Yermak, saying afterward that President Joe Biden is committed to bipartisan cooperation "under any scenario" to keep economic, humanitarian, and security aid flowing.
