Uzbek President: Prosecutors 'Are The Biggest Thieves'

Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoev was recorded this week describing his personal hatred for the country's powerful public prosecutors, calling them "thieves" and "arrogant" during a meeting with local activists.
