Prague, 3 November 2004 (RFE/RL) -- Romanian President Ion Iliescu said prior to today's announcement of U.S. President George W. Bush's reelection that a Bush victory "would somehow mean a victory for Romania as well, because it would ensure the continuity of a beneficial relationship" between the two countries, Mediafax reported.
