Russian, Ukrainian Prime Ministers Put Off Kyiv Meeting


23 November 2005 -- Russian and Ukrainian Prime Ministers Mikhail Fradkov and Yuriy Yekhanurov have agreed in a telephone conversation yesterday to postpone their talks scheduled for today in Kyiv.

The Russian Foreign Ministry spoke of the need for agreement on Russian natural gas sales to Ukraine, and on Ukraine allowing Russian gas deliveries to the West to pass through its territory.
