Kazakhstan's Nazarbaev To Meet With Putin

Presidents Putin and Nazarbaev will meet in the Black Sea resort town of Sochi (file photo) (ITAR-TASS) May 19, 2006 (RFE/RL) -- Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbaev is due to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Russia's Black Sea resort town of Sochi tomorrow.

The talks are expected to focus on economic issues.

Nazarbaev last met Putin in April in Moscow, where they agreed to more than double the capacity of a pipeline transporting crude oil from Kazakhstan to Russia.
