Police say Stevan Todorovic was found on September 2 with a gunshot to his head and with a pistol in his hand in his home in the town of Samac.

An autopsy is due to be completed later today. Todorovic was released from prison last year after he completed two-thirds of a 10-year sentence and indicated he would testify in other war crimes cases.
