Moscow, Jan. 18 (RFE/RL) - Russian President Boris Yeltsin is scheduled to meet several CIS leaders later today in Moscow ahead of tomorrow's CIS summit.
Our correspondent in Moscow quotes the Kremlin press office as saying Yeltsin has scheduled meetings with Azerbaijani President Geidar Aliyev, Armenian President Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze and Uzbekistan's President Islam Karimov.
The press service says issues expected to be discussed include the Nagorno-Karabakh and Abkhaz conflicts as well as the summit's agenda.
