Moscow, Jan. 23 (RFE/RL) - Russian Defense Minister Pavel Grachev is scheduled to visit the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Thursday for talks with Kazakh officials on air defense systems.
Grachev is also expected to sign an agreement on bilateral cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan.
