Islamabad, may 7 (RFE/RL) - A delegation from Afghanistan's government today began talks in Islamabad with officials of Pakistan's Foreign Ministry.
The talks focus on improving relations. They mark the first formal contact at a high level since September, when Kabul's accusations that Islamabad was backing opposition Taleban islamic forces resulted in a mob attack on Pakistan's embassy in Kabul. Pakistan denies backing Taleban.
