Moscow, 14 March 1997 (RFE/RL) - Russia will switch over to summer time with the rest of Europe on March 30, moving clocks throughout the federation by one hour. Russia's Inter-Agency Commission for Time and Standard Frequencies under the Russian State Committee for Standardization made the announcement today, noting that clocks will be turned back to standard time on October 26.
