Baku, 21 April 1997 (RFE/RL) - A Ukrainian government delegation led by the State Minister in charge of Industrial Policy and the Fuel and Energy Complex, Anatoly Minchenko, is visiting Baku for talks on cooperation agreements signed during the visit to Kyiv last month by Azerbaijan's President Heydar Aliyev.
