Bonn, 14 July 1997 (RFE/RL) -- Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski and Prime Minister Wlodzmierz Cimoszewicz are in Bonn today for meetings with German Chancellor Helmut Kohl. Germany says it wants to make summits with Polish officials a regular occurence.
Talks today are expected to focus on Poland's recent invitation to join NATO and its desire to also become a member of the European Union.
