East: World Bank Country Loan Totals For 1998




Washington, 17 July 1998 (RFE/RL) -- The World Bank, which made record loan commitments of $5.22 billion to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia in its 1998 fiscal year, which ended on June 30, provided the following breakdown for each country in the region:
