TEHRAN (Reuters) -- Iran's judiciary said on October 17 Iranian-Canadian journalist Maziar Bahari, arrested after the disputed presidential election in June, had been freed on bail, the semi-official ILNA news agency said.

"Bahari was released on 3 billion rials [$300,000] bail from Evin Prison on Saturday night," ILNA quoted a judiciary source as saying.
