Serbian Dinar Hits New Low Against Euro


Serbia's national currency, the dinar, dropped to its lowest-ever level against the euro today.

The National Bank of Serbia (NBS) said the official exchange rate for November 28 will be 89.19 dinars for one euro.

Since late September, Serbia's currency has lost at least 13 percent of its value against the euro and 24 percent against the dollar.

RFE/RL has been declared an "undesirable organization" by the Russian government.
