Reports from China say six young children and a teacher have been killed and 20 other children injured in a rampage at a kindergarten in northern China's Shaanxi province.
The state-run Xinhua News Agency said the children were "hacked to death" but gave no other details about the morning attack on May 12. The children were reportedly all under the age of 6.
The attack is the latest in a series of similar attacks at Chinese schools and kindergartens.
Three such attacks were reported in late April.
