BRUSSELS (Reuters) -- Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has said he hoped to reach a settlement soon with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) on conditions for further credits to the country.
Speaking through a translator, Yushchenko told a news conference after meeting EU officials in Brussels that he hoped such an agreement would take place "in the nearest days."
