Thousands of people have fled their homes amid massive floods in Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Cleanup operations have begun in some areas, but others were braced for worse flooding as river levels continued to rise in the Serbian capital, Belgrade, and regions to the west. More than two dozen people have died in Bosnia, more than a dozen in Serbia, and at least one death was reported in Croatia.
