Bosnia-Herzegovina is out of the World Cup after losing to Nigeria -- its second defeat in Group F. Nigeria's Peter Odemwingie scored in the 29th minute, the only goal of the game in Cuiaba, Brazil.

In Group F's other game, Argentina qualified for the knockout stage after defeating Iran 1-0 in Belo Horizonte through a late goal by Lionel Messi.

In Group G, veteran Miroslav Klose scored a landmark equalizer against Ghana that saved Germany from defeat on June 21 at the World Cup in Fortaleza.

Mario Goetze scored for Germany in the 51st minute. Ghana's Andre Ayew headed an equalizer three minutes later, and the Ghanaians went ahead through a goal by Asamoah Gyan in the 63rd minute.

Klose levelled for Germany in the 71st minute, claiming his 15th World Cup goal to move level with former Brazil striker Ronaldo as the tournament's all-time leading scorer.

Germany have four points. The United States have three, Ghana one and Portugal zero ahead of their Group G game against the Americans on June 22.
