Quarantine Doesn't Stop Bulgarian Voters

Amid parliamentary elections in Bulgaria on April 4, special crews with ballot boxes visited the homes of quarantined voters. Polling stations in the capital, Sofia, have also adopted strengthened hygiene measures amid the soaring COVID-19 outbreak. Apart from the pandemic, the European Union's poorest country is struggling with corruption and young people's emigration.
