A passenger bus in southern Pakistan overturned on May 20, killing 14 people and injuring dozens more.
The bus was traveling from the southern city of Karachi to Peshawar, in northwestern Pakistan, when it crashed in the town of Sukkur, police officer Nadeem Ahmed said.
More than three dozen people were being treated for injuries at the town's hospitals, Ahmed said.
The accident happened apparently due to the driver's negligence, Ahmed said. The driver is among the injured.
Deadly accidents are common in Pakistan due to poor road infrastructure, poorly maintained vehicles, and disregard for traffic laws.
