MONDAY, March 9:
Belarus/EU: Belarusian Deputy Foreign Minister Alena Kupchyna visits Brussels.
EU: European Parliament plenary session opens in Strasbourg (to March 12).

UN: United Nations headquarters in New York hosts the 59th session of the Commission on the Status of Women.

TUESDAY, March 10:
EU: The Economic and Financial Affairs Council (Ecofin), composed of the economics and finance ministers of the member states, meets in Brussels.

Georgia: Deputy foreign ministers of Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine meet in Tbilisi to elaborate “joint position” in the process of their European integration.

Iran/Turkmenistan: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani makes an official visit to Ashgabat.
Russia: The 30th anniversary of the death of Soviet leader Konstantin Chernenko, who was succeeded by Mikhail Gorbachev.
U.K.: Chatham House in London hosts a discussion titled Islam, Women, And Politics.

U.K./Pakistan: Chatham House in London hosts a discussion titled Pakistan After The Peshawar Attack.
U.S./Ukraine: The Heritage Foundation in Washington hosts a discussion titled Conflict In Ukraine: The Unwinding Of The Post-Cold War Order.
WEDNESDAY, March 11:
Azerbaijan/Pakistan: Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain visits Baku (to March 13).
U.K./Russia: Chatham House in London hosts a discussion titled The Political Landscape In Russia One Year After Crimea.
U.S./Kosovo: Wilson Center in Washington hosts a discussion titled Creating Kosovo: International Oversight And The Making Of Ethical Institutions.
