Iraqi officials say a car bomb has killed at least eight people near the city of Mosul.
The car bomb exploded on January 16 in a Shi'ite district just outside Mosul, some 390 kilometers north of Baghdad.
The bombing was the latest in a series of attacks that have killed more than 140 people since the United States withdrew its troops from the country last month.
