Missiles fired from an unmanned drone killed at least four suspected militants in the Tabai area of North Waziristan early on May 23.
Pakistani security officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said two missiles were fired at a house in Tabai, not far from Miranshah.
Local administration officials, also speaking under condition of anonymity, confirmed the strike and the number of dead.
North Waziristan has become a haven for foreign terrorists and Taliban fighters, some of whom use the area to prepare for attacks on foreign and government forces in neighboring Afghanistan.
