Calls from fixed lines between Serbia and Kosovo will still be charged as local calls.

The sides also agreed that employees at the Valac power station in northern Kosovo will not have to sign labor contracts with ethnic Albanian authorities.

Serbia has reached a series of agreements with Kosovo, as part of Belgrade’s drive for EU membership.
