A fire caused by an explosion at an oil refinery in Russia's Siberian city of Angarsk has killed two people and injured five others, local authorities said on December 15. The governor of the Irkutsk region, Igor Kobzev, said the fire did not affect operations at the facility. A probe was launched into the fire.
