A Summer Stroll Through Grozny
Grozny, the capital of the Russian republic of Chechnya, has undergone massive redevelopment in the past few years, largely erasing the damage inflicted by two recent wars. On a summer day, the restored city center is now full of people of different cultures walking to work, schools, and mosques. RFE/RL's North Caucasus Service took a look at the vibrant street life in the Chechen capital.
