Iran Expands Nuclear Power Plant

Iranian officials have broken ground for an expansion of the Bushehr power plant. The November 10 ceremony was led by Iranian Vice President Ali Akbar Salehi who also heads the country's Atomic Energy Organization. Russian experts are taking part in the construction of facilities for the plant's second reactor.
