Positive Spin
Iran's Press TV puts a positive spin on the agreement by maintaining that Tehran's nuclear facilities will continue to operate.
EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini says the deal "shows that diplomacy, coordination, and cooperation can overcome decades of tensions and confrontations." She calls it a "sign of hope for the entire world."
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says the deal is "not perfect for anybody but it is what we could accomplish." He called it an "important achivement for all of us."
