JALAL-ABAD, Kyrgyzstan -- A local journalist in Kyrgyzstan's southern city of Jalal-Abad has been stabbed and rushed to hospital.
Colleagues of Sanrabia Satybaldieva told RFE/RL that she was attacked when she was leaving her house on the morning of November 9.
Satybaldieva is the founder and an anchor of Malina.tv television channel on YouTube.
Her programs mainly cover social issues in the region.
Local authorities and law enforcement officials were not immediately available for comment.
