False Bomb Threat Causes Flight Delays At Bishkek Airport

BISHKEK -- Several flights were delayed and passengers temporarily evacuated from the international Manas airport in Kyrgyzstan's capital, Bishkek, after an anonymous caller said by phone that an explosive device had been installed in the building.

The airport's press service said that the incident took place on October 31, adding that law-enforcement officers and explosives experts did not find any incendiary devices in the airport.

Police are searching for the caller.
