Hospitals in Kyrgyzstan are struggling to cope with a surge of COVID-19 cases. On social media, people are posting dire scenes and desperate messages after being turned away from overcrowded hospitals. The number of coronavirus cases in the Central Asian country has hit record levels, with more than 500 per day.
