Snow Bringing Moscow To Near Standstill

Authorities in Moscow are reporting that heavy snow has led to "serious complications" on the Russian capital's roads, where in some places traffic is moving as slowly as 10 kilometers per hour.

Main streets have been affected as well as suburbs of Moscow.

The accumulation of snow comes despite the efforts of some 9,000 vehicles out on the roads trying to remove the snow.
