Czechs Freeze Bank Accounts, Impound Property Of Russian Oligarch Yevtushenkov

Czech media reports say investigators have frozen bank accounts and impounded the property of Russian oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov and his son Feliks in Prague and Karlovy Vary. The Czech government has added Yevtushenkov and his son to the sanctions list for their activities that "impose a threat to the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence of Ukraine." Yevtushenkov has close ties to the Russian government and along with his son leads the RTI Systems machine-building concern that is linked to Russia's Defense Ministry.
