Russia Blames Damaged Moscow Buildings On Drone Attacks

News agencies filmed smashed windows in two high-rise buildings at the Moscow International Business Center district on July 30. The Russian Defense Ministry says they were caused by overnight Ukrainian drone attacks. According to Russian authorities, the only casualty was an injured security guard. Ukraine has not explicitly confirmed responsibility.
