Last week, Czech-born playwright Tom Stoppard addressed the Brussels Forum, an annual transatlantic conference sponosred by the German Marshall Fund of the United States. For the past 6 years, Stoppard has been an outspoken advocate on behalf of democracy and free speech in Belarus, Europe's "Last Dictatorship." I interviewed him on the sidelines of the conference, and below is a video of his speech.
