Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations says more than 17,000 people still remain without electricity in the flood-stricken Black Sea region of Krasnodar.
The ministry also said on July 10 that some 28,000 people have no gas supplies and some 2,000 remain without water supplies following the devastating July 7 floods that killed more than 170 people.
The authorities say a total of 48,000 people have been affected by the disaster.
Regional officials have estimated the damage caused by the floods at around $133 million.
The opposition A Just Russia Party on July 10 called for a probe into the authorities' handling of the disaster.
The Russian government has acknowledged that mistakes were made
in how authorities responded to the flash floods, at least two local officials have been fired in response.
