Freed From A Cage, Masha The Bear Tastes The Good Life

A brown bear named Masha has spent most of her life in a cage outside a restaurant in Lviv, Ukraine. But with help from Four Paws, an international animal-welfare group, she's now settling in at a sanctuary where she can stroll, swim, and play. Her rescue was part of a larger campaign to relocate dozens of bears kept illegally by private owners in Ukraine. (RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service)
