U.S. Attorney General William Barr said the investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller found that Russia interfered in the 2016 U.S. election but did not find evidence of collusion by the Trump campaign or any other Americans. Barr also concluded that "the evidence developed by the special counsel is not sufficient to establish that the president committed an obstruction-of-justice offense."
