Paris Club Writes Off Some Of Kyrgyzstan's Foreign Debt

12 March 2005 -- The Paris Club of creditor nations has reportedly decided to write off part of Kyrgyzstan's foreign debt.
News agencies are reporting the group of 19 member nations agreed during closed door talks in Paris on Friday to annul 124 million dollars of debt owed by the the Central Asian nation.
The reports say the Paris Club also agreed to reschedule 431 million dollars of Kyrgyzstan's debt.
