Five Members Of Iraqi Security Forces Killed

16 April 2005 -- Iraqi police say insurgents killed three members of security forces in the northern city of Kirkuk today.
Police official Brigadier Sarhat Qadir said gunmen killed a policeman and two soldiers as they headed to work in a pair of separate drive-by shootings.

Meanwhile, AFP reported that a policeman and a soldier were killed overnight in two separate explosions north of Baghdad. The policeman was killed in Tuz, near Tikrit, the other one near Samarra.
