Yushchenko Calls For Increased Russian Fuel Deliveries

Yushchenko (left) and Russian President Putin at today's conference (ITAR-TASS) February 10, 2007 -- Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko told an international security gathering today that fuel deliveries from Russia across Ukraine must to be increased.

Yushchenko, speaking at the 43rd Munich Conference on Security Policy today, said Ukraine offers a reliable system of transportation for Russian gas and oil.

Yushchenko also said Ukraine will continue to participate actively in NATO-led peacekeeping operations.
